The Manse Cottage, a few minutes walk from the centre of the village is available for holiday bookings. The cottage belongs to Reeth Evangelical Congregational Church and all profits from lettings go towards the work of the church.
Reeth is an ideal location for a holiday in the Yorkshire Dales. There is a small general store, a post office/stationer's, an ice cream parlour and two bakeries, as well as several craft shops and a number of places to eat in or near the village. A market is held on the green every Friday.
Accommodation & facilities The cottage has a living/dining room and well equipped kitchen on the ground floor, with small fridge/freezer, electric cooker and microwave. The TV in the living room has an integrated DVD/CD player and Freeview - please note that channels are limited due to local reception.
A washing machine and tumble dryer for the use of guests are located in the access passageway.
Upstairs there is a large, south facing main bedroom with full sized double bed and a small sitting area.
There is also a boxroom with a built-in single bed (6 feet from wall to wall) which is suitable for a child or small adult and a bathroom with heated towel rail and shower over bath.
Please note that this is an old property with steep, narrow stairs which may be unsuitable for the less able bodied and young children. There are also steps up to the back door and to the garden area, and a small step in the kitchen.
Towels and bed linen are included in the rental.
To the rear of the property is a small, private garden with a bench.
An internal passageway is shared with the next door neighbours who may require occasional access for deliveries/bins/window cleaning etc or for maintenance.
Electricity is included in the rent. The cottage is heated by a combination of fixed and portable electric appliances.

Pets We regret that we are unable to accept pets in any part of the property (including the garden & passage).
Smoking We request visitors to respect the no smoking rule in the cottage.
Parking There is room at the front of the property to park a car on the road and off-road parking is available a few minutes walk away on the village green.
Visitors are asked to leave by 10am on the day of departure to allow time for cleaning and not to arrive before 4pm unless otherwise agreed.
Lettings Weekly from Friday to Friday.
Tariff £400 per week (high season - March to October plus Christmas/New Year) and £300 (low season - November to February).
There is a reduced rate (£340/£255) for those currently or formerly in full time Christian work.
There is a £50 reduction for booking more than one consecutive week.
Payment is by BACS (where possible) with a non-returnable deposit of £100 payable at the time of booking with the balance due four weeks before the beginning of the holiday.
